Our approach
User first
We start by understanding the existing product or the problem to be solved. Then we run user interviews and benchmark the industry. After user personas and customer journeys, we propose a new architecture and user flows to improve the final product experience. From low- and high-fidelity wireframes, we design the interface with components and apply the design system in Figma.
